Calling all digital natives! Make the internet a better place for major brands and their customers by delivering over 500% ROI.

With an international portfolio of customers, you will need to be comfortable having business conversations in French or German. Your understanding of Enterprise SaaS can come from any domain, but you must be proven in managing a portfolio of existing customers, and have a successful track record in renewals and upselling.

This is a key role to take responsibility for an increasing portfolio of primarily retail customers. With some of the biggest Enterprise brands already implementing the solution, you will be making sure these customers are retained, satisfied, and getting the most from the offering. Where there are opportunities for more services or licenses to be utilised, you will work with the sales team to facilitate the process and add value wherever possible.

I’ve already mentioned the solution is a leader in the market, but they are also unique in their ability to research and give insight on the complete customer story. To say that this is critical to all major digital companies is a bit of an understatement - we are talking over 500% ROI with payback in under 6 months. Add to that a leadership who combine gravitas and passion, and this is definitely one to watch in 2018 and beyond!
