Do you have experience of supporting customers through a range of post-sales activities in a SaaS solution? Ideally from an ITSM, ITIL or DevOps background, you will need at least basic knowledge and skills across XML, Java, ETL, as well as Agile and REST methods. Despite that, this isn’t a technical role so you will need to be collaborative, with a customer-centric working attitude and the motivation and drive to keep up in a high-growth organisation.
Already well-established in EMEA, this is a team that needs the expertise of a commercial post-sales consultant who can build relationships with key customers, taking the lead on both implementation and consulting engagements. This is not a technical role, instead you will be focussing on fully understanding your customers goals and challenges, learning exactly where the solution and services need to be implemented, then taking ownership for ensuring that happens.
