You have a track record of being a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. With a real passion for software that is a true solution to business problems, you are ideally familiar with cyber-security and/or risk management platforms and can understand and articulate these value propositions clearly. Your background in being a relationship builder, advisor and advocate for a portfolio of high-value clients will translate easily into this strategic success role!
As with all existing account roles, this will primarily be relationship focussed to ensure value, adoption and ongoing use of the solution portfolio, ergo a simple decision when it comes time to renew. You will engage with the biggest brand names in EMEA, understanding each customers’ true business needs, and acting as an advisor who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo to help them achieve those goals.
