Are you the type of person who and can build lasting relationships with Enterprise customers? A problem-solver who will do what it takes to make sure you achieve the best outcome for both yourself and your accounts? You will need to be more than just a sales person – you have a proven track record working with a Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment, with a passion for digital media.

This is an opportunity to be a key employee at a point of growth in a leading US pre-IPO who are working with top tier customers such as Google and Amazon. As well as ensuring adoption, you will be working with c.25 accounts to understand their goals and challenges and align software and services against those to guarantee renewal and increase spend where appropriate.
