Experienced in building and developing a channel of SIs, you will have a track record of pan-EMEA success in a comparable role. You’ll be entrepreneurial and business savvy, proven in a high-growth environment or have the driven, high-energy mentality that means you always strive to succeed. With a depth of knowledge across Big Data solutions, you can confidently discuss technical and business values to enable your partners success.
With sole responsibility for this arm of the EMEA strategy, you will recruit, train, and maintain excellent channel partnerships. Day to day you will facilitate a collaborative engagement sales plan, expertly managing complex buying cycles to develop long-term, strategic (and fruitful) relationships. The channel is a key source of EMEA revenue (c.15%) so ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospects is paramount.
After achieving 75% of their annual revenue target in Q1, the team are demonstrating rapid growth and are set to grow 50% YOY for the next 2 years. Positioned as Enterprise leaders with a host of analyst reviews and customer use cases, this should definitely be a company on your watch-list.
