Leading a team of inside and mid-market corporate sellers, you will have a track record of bringing out the best in high potential, junior sales talent. From a high growth/start-up company background you’ll have experience in Business intelligence, Analytics or Data Management solutions. You will have led and built successful teams of upward curve, ambitious new business sales professionals and be able to develop their full sales potential.

The VP of EMEA is looking for this leader to drive speed and agility in this a dynamic and growing team. This will be a crucial second management hire for the UK, complimenting the Enterprise Sales Director as the EMEA sales team looks to double in size throughout 2018. You will oversee a team of inside sales and mid-market field sellers who are all hungry new logo focussed and keen to develop their careers.

A highly funded US pre-IPO, the EMEA team is relatively small so you will need an entrepreneurial mindset and be self-sufficient when it comes to getting done what needs to be done. The leadership team are highly experienced and have great pedigree - they expect the best from their team but are always looking for someone coachable and willing to learn.
