Ideally, you will already have experience generating Enterprise leads (targeting C-level stakeholders) in a SaaS environment. Culture fit is hugely important here so you will need to have demonstrated success in a high-volume, metrics driven environment where you are forging initial contact with senior stakeholders in a variety of vertical industries. Combining energy and enthusiasm with a credibility and willingness to learn will ensure you are successful.
The Account Dev team are the primary source of leads for the EMEA Enterprise team so you may be working on UK one day and France the next. From prospecting for your own leads to qualifying inbound, you will supported by the new sales manager who is implementing metrics to shorten the cycle and ensure consistent, scalable success. With a culture of progressing internally (into a field new business role), individual development is prioritised alongside the overall growth and success of the EMEA business.
With new leadership, there has been significant growth to the sales and presales team and expanding throughout EMEA whilst maintaining the high-growth culture. Taking to market a compelling solution for C level business users they have a growing number of enterprise customers to match. The leadership team are highly experienced and have great pedigree - they expect the best from their team but are always keen to coach and mentor.
