Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Analytics SaaS)
After recent funding, the EMEA expansion continues for one of our favourite Analytics vendors. We have worked extensively across their Enterprise Sales and Customer Success team to be the only partner for UK sales hiring.
With a company of this size, autonomy is always on the cards, so to be able to show you can ramp up quickly you will need to have 3+ years customer success or account management experience and a solid understanding of BI/analytics/data SaaS solutions. Whether your portfolio is a few strategic accounts, or a wider range of customers, the important thing is that you are well versed in managing Enterprise accounts – understanding the business goals and delivering true ROI.
As with all CSM roles, this will primarily be relationship focussed to ensure ongoing use of the solution portfolio, ergo a simple decision when it comes time to renew. You will be looking to identify and capitalise on any upsell opportunities by understanding each customers’ true business needs, and positioning relevant software which will help them achieve those goals.
