A background in Enterprise software is obviously essential, and demonstrable knowledge of marketing technology is strongly preferable. In a customer-facing role currently, you will be well used to building long-term relationships with Enterprise customers across multiple vertical industries: ensuring adoption, retention, and ROI.
As the primary point of contact for the customer, you will be also responsible for identifying and capitalising on opportunities for growth in these accounts. This is a high performing team with ambitious growth plans so every individual needs to pull their weight, especially if you want to progress to leadership.
