As they are moving away from pure ‘elephant hunter’ sales profiles, to have the perfect sales approach, you will be driven to win – whether it is major $m+ deals, or run-rate 6-figure engagements. You will have a track record of over achievement for at least 3 years in software field sales, be credible with your own sales style but open to coaching on a true consultative sell.
This is new business, new logo hunting, primarily focusing on commercial accounts – i.e. manufacturing, retail etc. etc. You will be engaging at C-level to really understand the business goals, and then creating bespoke solutions that align to where their need is.
