You have a list of your involvement in Enterprise deals across EMEA, and still enjoy being hands-on with SQL. In an ideal world, you will also have knowledge of C/C++ or Java, and Python, Ruby, Perl etc…
A typical pre-sales role, you will be supporting 2 sales reps as they manoeuvre through the sales cycle. From demo to POC, you are integral to positioning the solution as vital to the business, and will be expected to understand the benefits in comparison to competitive vendors. With a target split between individual involvement in deals, and regional company success, the opportunity to overachieve is as real here as it is for the sales team.
