Culturally you need to be prepared to a start-up environment, so the individual drive to succeed and entrepreneurial spirit are essential!
You will have a dual focus: giving the sales team the structure to sell effectively; creating the right tools. Alongside the Marketing Director, you will generate pitchdecks and case studies that enable the sales team to beat the competition with a unified message. Through research and competitor analysis you will understand the market and the pains faced by your target audiences, and will train the teams through role plays and coaching sessions.
