After success in an individual contributor role, you are ready to lead a new team to success across the Nordics. You’ll need to be able to show:
- you have proven yourself in player/coach hybrid capacity previously
- a track record of success in both large and small company environments
- the ability to handle a technical value proposition e.g. engaging with Chief Architects, coming from a Big Data background, credible discussing cloud and on-premise infrastructure)
Additionally, the existing EMEA team take a very structured sales approach, so bonus points if you are familiar with MEDDIC.
An early Nordic hire, you will lead a team of 4 Enterprise sellers whilst generating your own big-ticket deals. There is no vertical alignment, so you will have the freedom to play to your strengths, so long as there is no overlap with the commercial team. From their initial hires, the Nordic region is already generating revenue, has a number of referenceable customers and a strong partner network – everything you need to hit the ground running.
