You will be service-oriented, used to engaging up to C-level with enterprise businesses to identify pain points and drive opportunity within longstanding customer accounts. A far cry from customer success, this is bottom-line driven so you will need to have a strong track-record of over achievement against revenue and renewals targets, and a demonstrated ability to develop credible relationships with multiple stakeholders within complex organisations.
Strategic Account Managers will be responsible for becoming a trusted advisor to a defined set of customers, engaging up to C-Level with Enterprise businesses to identify and drive revenue. Through a dedicated understanding of their business needs, goals and challenges, you will be credible digging deep into pain points to take responsibility for their solution.
