If you have a love of technology that means you always want to be ahead of the trend, then look no further. With a passion for using data to drive insights at C-Level, you have already got dedicated post-sale success experience within a BI or Analytics environment. As a hands-on technical role, you will need to be familiar with data concepts like SQL and ETL to the extent that you can run training sessions and solve product-queries on the fly.

This the first role of its kind, so you will be liaising with customers to get a full understanding of their strategy and product use, providing ongoing support and building the relationship as a trusted advisor. This solution is focused on helping businesses solve problems, providing insight and visualisation to answer all their questions, so are usually focussed at C-level audiences.

A US vendor, the EMEA team is small, so you will need an entrepreneurial mindset and be self-sufficient when it comes to getting done what needs to be done. The leadership team are highly experienced and have great pedigree - they expect the best from their team but are always looking for someone coachable and willing to learn.
