From a technical background, you will be commercially minded and comfortable taking the reins on customer-facing projects. A specialist in all things data, you will need to able to demonstrate at least 3 years of experience with Hadoop specifically, as well as more general big data implementation and troubleshooting. Used to C-level engagement, you have a blend of commercial savvy and technical know-how.
Merging the roles of Customer Success Manager with a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of major customers – driving adoption as well as preserving and expanding revenue. A relationship builder, you will be striving to reach trusted advisor status through a thorough understanding of business needs and goals, combined with the technical knowledge to make informed suggestions and troubleshoot any issues.
