You know risk like the back of your hand, and have a track record of being a trusted advisor to major institutions, especially across FSS. With a real passion for software that is a true solution to business problems, you are familiar with cyber-security and risk management platforms. Your background in managing a small portfolio of clients, and increasing the spend in these accounts, will translate easily into this strategic success role!
As with all account management, this will primarily be relationship focussed to ensure ongoing use of the solution portfolio, ergo a simple decision when it comes time to renew. You will walk the floors of the biggest names in (for example) finance and banking, understanding each customers’ true business needs, and acting as an advisor who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo to help them achieve those goals.
