Rob Taylor – Sales Director
Rob joined the team through the Pareto graduate selection process in 2007 and rapidly progressed to Sales Director, managing a team of recruitment consultants and our graduate training programme. He has a hands on role helping growing software companies build their senior sales teams, working as a trusted advisor with software sales executives and sales management worldwide.
Rob’s priorities are to make long-term matches, using a thorough understanding of the industry he works in to ensure he and his team continue to provide an outstanding service.
On the Teem ski club trips, Rob gets some stick for being the only snowboarder of our group until he overtakes us all.
Tom Frater – Principal Recruitment Consultant
Tom joined Teem following several successful years in a business to business role. He now enjoys working globally with some of the top organisations and executives in the IT industry, where he has built a network of talented software sales professionals who recognise him for representing value, integrity, and discretion.
Outside of work Tom is most likely to be found racing cyclo-cross or mountain bikes and is keen to beat his personal best of 2nd place on the Wiggle Mountain Mayhem podium (it’s kind of a big deal if you know about bikes).
Lauren Smith – Recruitment Consultant
Reigning from Southport; often considered the home of posh Liverpudlians, Lauren joined Teem to support our partnerships with market leading enterprise software vendors. Already showing her talent for spotting A* talent, Lauren’s enthusiasm as a brand ambassador for her pre-IPO clients has helped them to achieve their strategies for pan-European growth.
In her spare time (not much) she follows her true passion of cycling around the Yorkshire countryside; once cycling from white rose territory to Prague, a mere 750 mile journey.
Lauren Elliott – Recruitment Consultant
Originally from Brighton in the sunny south, Lauren sources the best talent in senior software sales, pre-sales, and marketing using Teem’s globally connected, proactive approach. Her consultative, conversational recruitment style and eye for top talent have already developed and supported our partnerships with market leading enterprise software vendors.
Outside of work, Lauren can be found practicing yoga on her balcony or baking delicious cakes for the whole office to enjoy.
Angela Briggs – Business Administrator
As the longest serving member of the team, Ange has the pivotal role of being responsible for supporting the business growth across all areas, whilst still ensuring that our software clients and senior sales candidates receive an efficient, friendly and professional experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Having lived in the Peak District all her life, Ange can regularly be found roaming the hills on two legs or on her preferred method of horseback. As a lover of the great outdoors and wildlife, Ange’s favourite destination is Iceland in search of Orcas and the Northern Lights.
