Selligent are a challenger in omni-channel customer engagement solutions who we started working with as a result of our previous work with Hybris (acquired by SAP). At a crucial stage in their global growth, they needed a recruitment partner who understood European cultural nuances, and could overcome out-of-date perceptions.
We were retained on a number of roles where attracting the right profile had been a struggle, as well as working alongside local suppliers. As well as introducing the best software salespeople we added value to their recruitment process by providing feedback on the perceptions of their market presence, competitive salaries, recruitment cycles etc. including building a process for psychometric testing.
To date we have placed the first alliances role in southern Europe, senior sales in France, and first in territory Nordics Sales Director.
