Build an EMEA CSM team from scratch!

You are an experienced SaaS CS Director who is experienced in building and managing teams of relationship driven CSMs. Happy managing key accounts whilst building the function, you are confident engaging strategically with engineering and technical teams in order to achieve true trusted advisor status. Ideally, you will be familiar with application infrastructure and modern hybrid-cloud architecture (e.g. containerisation, Kubernetes etc.), but the attributes/culture fit are more important: autonomous, resourceful and ready to roll up your sleeves and get things up and running!

Taking a consultative, value driven approach, you will act proactively to develop and execute strategies for the c.30 Enterprise accounts within your portfolio. As the region continues to grow, you will build out your team and implement best practices to create scalable processes that will ensure consistently strong retention rates.

Having just closed Series C funding, this “startup” is well funded and generating revenue thanks to a strong client list with referenceable names like SF.com, ASOS, LinkedIn and more (over 10% of their customers are already in Europe!). There is a real focus on European growth with senior leaders fully onboarded and looking to almost double the size of the team over the next 6-8 months.
