Engaged exclusively by the SVP to build on global success, we are looking for an experienced sales leader to grow and manage the UK team. You will need to be experienced in growing a team in a high-growth software environment, have a track record in coaching around analytics or martech value propositions, and bring passion and positive energy to a structured but not aggressive culture.
Leading an already established team, you will be able to get the best out of those already ramped up (as you will carry the team target), and attract the best talent. The SVP has already got plans to double the sales function over the next year, as well as hire the first channel sales rep. Using challenger sales methodology, you will be coaching on increasing deal sizes, and engaging credibly with CXOs.
