Scale, coach and develop a team of over-performing Enterprise reps!
An experienced first line manager, you are proven at scaling successful enterprise SaaS sales teams. A disruptive solution, it will be unlikely that you have experience in the same domain, but you will have need to demonstrate that you have:
- built and coached teams who are regularly engaging with Heads of DevOps
- comfortable discussing the latest innovations (e.g. containers, Kubernetes, hybrid-cloud etc.)
- great culture fit… you’ll be passionate, high-energy (to thrive in an early stage company), autonomous and driven to win as a team!
Reporting directly to the EMEA GM, you will have ownership of a fast-growing team of Account Executives who are proven at winning new business. The addressable market is huge so your challenge will be striking a balance between new logo grabbing, and increasing deal sizes (currently up to $250k ARR, 4-6month cycles).
Approaching Series C funding, this startup is well funded and generating revenue thanks to a strong client list with referenceable names like SF.com, ASOS, LinkedIn and more (over 10% of their customers are already in Europe!). There is a real focus on European growth with senior leaders fully onboarded and looking to almost double the size of the team over the next 6-8 months.
