Leading a team of high-potential corporate sellers, you will have a track record of attracting and bringing out the best in mid-market sales talent.

Leading a team of inside and mid-market corporate sellers, you will have a track record of bringing out the best in high potential, junior sales talent. From a high growth/start-up company background you’ll have experience in Enterprise Data software, and will have led, built and scaled successful teams of upward curve, ambitious new business sales professionals. and be able to develop their full sales potential.

The VP of EMEA is looking for this leader to drive speed and agility in this a dynamic and growing team. Immediately covering 3 people, this will be a crucial management hire for the UK, complimenting the Enterprise Sales Director as the team needs to almost quadruple in size over the next year. You will oversee a team of mid-market (< $1bn turnover) field sellers who are all driven, new logo focussed and keen to develop their careers.
