Due to continued growth, and massive expansion of the EMEA sales team, we are looking for a manager with a lot of potential.

On the upward curve of your management career, you’ll have a year or so in a team lead/manager role for field sales teams. Culture is important so you will be from a high-growth vendor, and can demonstrate a tangible impact on sales teams that are on a new logo grabbing mission. Knowledge of data management, analytics and ETL would be a bonus but we are open to considering any SaaS background. Similarly, languages skills (especially French) would be a nice to have but aren’t essential.

Reporting directly to the GM, this is a new leadership role created as a result of a massive growth over the last 12 months. The existing sales team need dedicated coaching on execution to make sure they are qualifying hard and converting successfully, so success will be measured on how successfully your structured sales approach impacts the results of the team.
