With EMEA growth on the cards, you will be the first CSM in region so will need to have demonstrated post-sales relationship management for a small portfolio of Enterprise B2B customers. An understanding of SaaS products and services is essential, but due to the nature of the solution, any knowledge or experience of DevOps, SDLC, Application Development/deployment or CI/CD will give you a real advantage.
Initially responsible for 16 major customers, you will be proactively engaging up to C-level to understand business objectives, then working with the internal teams to ensure that the solutions are being adopted and utilised to deliver maximum value. Building the relationship to achieve trusted advisor status, you will be rewarded for any upsell completed by the sales team, but won’t be commercially driven, instead focussing on ensuring a strong renewal rate.
