As an early UK sales hire, you will have lead gen support from partners and sales development teams, but will need to be prepared to network and generate your own pipeline through events and more! Deal sizes can grow well into 6 figures but are typically long, and very consultative as you bring together a deep knowledge of sales operations to advise on software selection, overall strategy and post-deployment support too.
