Originally from near Brighton in the sunny south, Lauren has a strategic role engaging with the best talent in senior software sales, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing campaigns using Teem’s globally connected, proactive approach; overseeing the day to day management of the team; simultaneously running our digital strategy. Her conversational recruitment style and eye for top talent have developed and supported our partnerships with market-leading enterprise software vendors.
Outside of work, Lauren focuses her energy into creating crochet amigurumi and baking sweet treats that she occasionally shares with the team.

Tom Frater – Senior Consultant
Tom joined Teem following several successful years in a business to business role. He now enjoys working globally with some of the top organisations and executives in the IT industry, where he has built a network of talented software sales professionals who recognise him for representing value, integrity, and discretion.
Outside of work Tom is most likely to be found racing cyclo-cross or mountain bikes and is keen to beat his personal best of 2nd place on the Wiggle Mountain Mayhem podium (it’s kind of a big deal if you know about bikes).

Abbie joined as a graduate after completing her degree in psychology from the University of Sheffield. Our third University of Sheffield graduate, and second law grad, Sam has a love of culture derived from living in San Francisco, Sydney, and Vietnam (before we could convince him to join us in 2017). His drive and real passion for all areas of technology, especially cyber-security, have made identifying matches between international software sales professionals and high-growth pre-IPOs almost second nature to him.
A Merseyside boy at heart, Sam is an avid supporter of Southport FC, and will never forget that time they almost made it to the third round of the FA cup…

Out of the office, Jade has a real passion for reading fiction. She is particularly fond of psychological thrillers but her true bliss involves getting lost in the pages of a Stephen King novel.

Jose Raisey-Skeats – Consultant
Our most recent graduate hire, Jose joined after completing his MA in Social & Political Thought from the University of Leeds. His calm, but determined personality combined with his strategical way of thinking compliments our consultative recruitment style.
Outside of work Jose is extremely active and when he isn’t hitting the gym at 6am, you can find him practicing Muay Thai, Boxing or Climbing in his spare time.
His desire for knowledge also makes him a vivacious reader; anything from novels to philosophy! This drive enabled him to swiftly learn the ever-changing software industry, meaning he can easily spot the best A* Sales talent.

With 10+ years expertise as a sales trainer under his belt, including such organisations as Pareto, Sales Labs, and Enabling Change, Giles’s knowledge of international software sales markets and selling techniques make him a vital member of the team.

As the longest serving member of the team, Ange has the pivotal role of being responsible for supporting the business growth across all areas, whilst still ensuring that our software clients and senior sales candidates receive an efficient, friendly and professional experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Having lived in the Peak District all her life, Ange can regularly be found roaming the hills on two legs or on her preferred method of horseback. As a lover of the great outdoors and wildlife, Ange’s favourite destination is Iceland in search of Orcas and the Northern Lights.
